I use 30g of this with 5g BCAA powder and 10g of Tesco Value (reduced fat) cocoa powder. With 50/50 unsweetened soya milk and water. It mixes great in the OneOn shaker and tastes GREAT! Low calorie, High Protein solution that is easy on the wallet :)

cheap way to boost protein intake, I mix 50/50 with Whey to keep costs down

I have have to say that this is the worst tasting thing I have ever tried. So happy I only got one tub, couldn't drink it without gagging and throwing up. Only had 3 or 4 shakes and put it in the bin.

I have tried both the Soy Protein Isolate and Calcium Caseinate. They are both fantastic value for money and very good quality, but I would definitely recommend blending them with at least 30% (2:1) of your favourite flavoured whey or casein, for a reassuringly thick, delicious shake. Alone, the Soy has a distinct but not entirely unpleasant flavour, and mixes very thick. The Calcium Caseinate mixes extremely thick, into the typical chewy grits and curds, when used alone. I will definitely continue to buy both these products and use them daily, but only as a blend.

Doesn't mix as easily as whey, add juice/squash for flavour. Good results though. Veggie sports coach using it to retain mass and repair tissue.

    How many carbs per serving?

Very easy to mix, tastes fine, why don't you guys do a flavoured version?
