Psyllium Husk Powder 900g

Works brilliantly but does have a weird taste. Much more palatable with a bit of cranberry juice concentrate added to the water

This is good for the price, but it does, as noted by others, have a strong and unpleasant taste- which I am not used to, as all the other psyllium powders I've tried are tasteless. I do find that if you mix this with apple juice, and let the powder thicken the mixture, you can eat it with a spoon and it tastes like applesauce. Also, this powder does not mix well at all with milk... it actually does not mix at all, oddly enough.

Very well priced but I've had 'blonde' psyllium husk from other suppliers before but, for some reason, my stomach did not get on with this product. This product is very finely ground, dark in colour, with quite a strong smell. The seed husk from Plantago ovata is also known as 'blonde' psyllium. I did not find this product to be very blonde.

Really great product, have been taking with l-glutamine and flax seed powder and my irritable bowels are back to normal

Good product at a great price. I'm on a low carb diet which can sometimes cause problems with constipation but two doses of psyllium husks a day and a sensible approach to hydration alleviates any potential problems.

After having a Brain Tomour removed and consequently Radiotherepy, my body functions went haywire. Psyllium Husk has helped me keep regular as well as helping me keep my weight under control as part of my diet.
