taking these & drinking the protein shake ... can anyone advise a diet plan to go with these as at the minute I dont think I am eating enough & its making me ill :(

they do not work i am actually fed up of these so called miracles as a customer i want my moneys worth but what it say it does does not actually happen to much products claim they fast and effective misleading

im just wondering when it say take a even intervels on a empty stomach does that mean yuo take a lot say every 12 hours?? and can you eat inbetweenor untill you have taken you daily amount, and then start eating??

hi i rang you last week if you remember. i was 16.7st in july and had been working out but without much weight loss, i love to snack on rubbish between training and i love food in general. after taking these capsules for a few weeks the weight was going rapidly and i had more energy to work out. mental. whenever i am in a snacking mood a few of these a day burns it all away. i'm 14.2st now and full of energy. sweet job guys.

Suggested Use

As a dietary supplement, consume 3 capsules twice daily at even intervals on an empty stomach.

Please Note: If you suffer from any medical condition please consult your health care practitioner before use. Do not use if pregnant or lactating. If anxiety or dizziness occurs, lower dose or discontinue use completely. Using OneOn Fat Burner Capsules requires adequate body hydration so fluid intake of at least 8 large glasses of water per day must be consumed. After 6 weeks of continual use, halt for 2 weeks before continuing. Please do not exceed the recommended daily intake as this may not increase the effectiveness. For optimum results combine with a calorie controlled, low fat, high fibre diet and sensible exercise regime.
