I had my weekly catch up with Steve this past weekend and he estimates I'm around 7-10lbs away from being razor sharp condition wise. We've got just over 8 weeks until the Britain so I'm in a good place!

Been another good week, I'm down 6lbs! Since starting contest prep I'm down 17lbs in total. I shall start taking the OneOn Fat Burners within the next couple of weeks to give things an extra boost! Should be interesting!
