  • What is Strongman to me?

Fri 01 Mar 2013 What is Strongman to me?

Strongman started in 1977 where a collection of bodybuilders and strength competitors took part in the 1st World's Strongest Man competition where the likes of Lou Ferrigno competed. • An update on my progress so far

Fri 15 Feb 2013 An update on my progress so far

It's been a while since I've put an update on the OneOn website but a lot has been going on for me in terms of effort. Fri 07 Sep 2012 2012 - 2013 Off Season
